What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent

Great communication and people skills

Basic math skills

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 35 lbs

Our Story
Urbane Cafe is a family-owned company founded by Tom Holt, with locations across Southern California and Nevada — and more on the way. Every day, we make our focaccia dough from scratch and bake it fresh in open-hearth ovens, right in front of our guests. We craft gourmet sandwiches, farm fresh salads and unique bowls using refined local ingredients — all served with a smile in a warm, vibrant atmosphere.

Requirements:
- Able to communicate effectively in English, both orally and written – Bilingual a plus

High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience in service and food, generally involving at least one year of front-of-the house operations leadership

Possess excellent basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS system.

Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
-
Be able to reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
