Duties
- Monitor pool activities to ensure safety protocols are followed by all guests
- Enforce all pool rules
- Perform regular pool maintenance tasks, including cleaning filters, skimming debris, and maintaining water quality
- Assist guests and swim club members with checking in, provide information about amenities, and address inquiries promptly
- Conduct routine inspections of pool equipment and surrounding areas to identify maintenance needs or hazards
- Respond swiftly and effectively to emergencies using CPR and first aid skills when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, locker rooms, and surrounding facilities to ensure a pristine environment
- Heavy lifting of supplies such as pool chemicals, furniture, or cleaning equipment as needed to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in pool maintenance or cleaning preferred; willingness to learn required skills will be supported through training
- Strong guest service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Physical stamina for lifting, standing for extended periods, and performing manual tasks throughout shifts
- Knowledge of pool cleaning procedures, chemical handling, and safety standards is a plus
- Reliable, responsible, with a proactive approach to safety and cleanliness
