Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing exceptional guest services with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage night audit procedures, including balancing accounts, reconciling transactions, and preparing financial reports accurately
- Oversee front desk operations during overnight shifts, including check-ins, check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries
- Monitor security cameras and conduct routine inspections to ensure the safety and security of guests and staff
- Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, responding promptly to guest requests or internal communications
- Maintain detailed logs of all activities, incidents, and transactions for audit purposes and future reference
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any guest concerns or facility issues quickly and efficiently
- Prepare breakfast each morning
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of night audit procedures, front desk operations, and guest relations best practices. Not required. Training offered onsite
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally while demonstrating superior phone etiquette
- Exceptional attention to detail for accurate financial reconciliation and record keeping
