About the Role
As a Manufacturing Operations Director, you will serve as the primary architect of our production strategy, fostering a culture of high performance and safety. You will leverage your expertise in lean manufacturing and cross-functional leadership to optimize output and drive long-term operational excellence.
Responsibilities-
Direct all facets of production, engineering, and logistics to ensure seamless manufacturing workflows.

Qualifications-
10+ years of progressive experience in complex manufacturing environments.

Demonstrated success in leading diverse, multi-departmental teams.

Deep proficiency in managing manufacturing KPIs and data-driven performance metrics.

Hands-on experience with ERP systems and electrical infrastructure (120/208/240/480V).

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

Direct experience within the aerospace or medical device manufacturing sectors.

Advanced certification or deep practical application of Lean Six Sigma methodologies.

Proven track record of managing ISO 9000 quality standards in a regulated environment.
