This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
- Plans, schedules, executes and tracks all predictive maintenance activity for all equipment in the mold department.
- Determines and maintains critical spare inventory for all mold equipment.
- Responsible for diagnosing faulty mold department equipment in a timely manner
- Contacting external repair services as necessary
- Coordinate getting repair quotes.
- Main point of contact for all external repair/service requirements.
- Ensures all safety equipment and alarms in each mold area are in place and functional on a daily basis.
- Assists in the coordination and execution of facility related repairs within the multiple mold areas.
Qualifications:
- At least eight years previous maintenance experience in an injection molding facility.
- Excellent mechanical skills
- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic on injection molding machines.
Hours are:
Monday through Friday – 7am to 3:30pm
The pay is up to $45.00 an hour based on experience
Pay: Up to $45.00 per hour
