Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CT Technologist to join our clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality computed tomography (CT) scans and ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the imaging process.
Responsibilities
- Perform CT scans according to established protocols while ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Prepare patients for imaging procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions.
- Operate CT equipment efficiently, ensuring high-quality images are obtained for diagnostic purposes.
- Document patient information accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Assist in training new staff or students in CT procedures as needed.
- Stay current with advancements in imaging technology and techniques, including PET scans and mammography.
Experience
- Certification as a Rad tech.
- Previous experience in CT imaging is preferred; experience in related fields such as X-Ray, sonography, or urgent care is beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
