We are expanding our recruiting team and seeking a bilingual Recruiting Coordinator who can help us grow our agent network using modern sourcing tools and creative outreach strategies.
Position Overview
We are looking for a high‑energy, bilingual (English/Spanish) Recruiting Coordinator who is confident on the phone, skilled with digital tools, and excited about finding and attracting top insurance talent. This is not a passive HR role — this is an active recruiting position where you will use multiple platforms to identify, contact, and engage licensed life & health agents across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities: Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Use platforms such as Indeed Resume, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, Apollo, ZoomInfo, and state licensing databases to identify potential agents
- Run email and text campaigns using our CRM and automation tools
- Make outbound calls to licensed agents to introduce our agency and generate interest
- Follow up with warm leads, past applicants, and agents who previously engaged with us
Candidate Engagement & Screening
- Handle inbound calls from interested agents
- Qualify candidates based on licensing, experience, and production background
- Clearly explain our agency’s value, compensation structure, and onboarding process
- Schedule follow‑up calls with agency leadership
Recruiting Operations
- Maintain accurate notes and candidate statuses in our CRM
- Track outreach volume, response rates, and weekly recruiting goals
- Assist with onboarding steps and documentation
- Help improve scripts, campaigns, and sourcing strategies
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish (required)
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, cold calling, telemarketing, or sales
- Strong phone presence and confidence speaking with licensed professionals
- Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, LinkedIn, email/text platforms)
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple conversations
- Self‑motivated with the ability to meet weekly outreach goals
Preferred (Not Required)
- Experience recruiting licensed insurance agents
- Familiarity with CRM systems
- Understanding of life & health insurance terminology
