Blue Circle Rehab and Nursing seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team. This role includes: evaluating, planning, and treating residents to improve mobility, strength, and function, focusing on regaining independence through individualized exercise, manual therapy, and assistive device training, while documenting progress and collaborating with the healthcare team to manage pain and prevent falls, all while adhering to state/federal regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
- Document patient progress using EMR systems
- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current MO License (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced PTs welcome!
- Strong communication and time management skills
Pay: $75.00 per hour
