Responsibilities:
* Perform customized facial and advanced skincare treatments
* Conduct client consultations and skin assessments
* Safely perform advanced modalities within training and scope of practice, including microneedling, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, RF, microcurrent, LED, high frequency, and oxygen treatments
* Educate clients on skincare, treatment plans, and appropriate home care
* Recommend products and services based on individual client needs
* Maintain accurate and complete client treatment notes
* Maintain excellent sanitation, safety, and treatment-room standards
* Demonstrate strong time-management skills and complete services within scheduled treatment times
* Support client retention through excellent service, rebooking, and relationship building
* Participate in team training and continuing education
