Position: Dishwasher
Job Summary:
We are a rapidly growing restaurant looking for Dishwashers to help enhance our company. We are looking for motivated professionals who can work well alone as well as on a team. You will report to the Kitchen Manager and Assistant Kitchen Manager as well as your team leads. Dishwashers may need to work days, nights, weekend, and/or holidays as needed.
Requirements:
· Be able to be on your feet for 4-10 hours.
· Be able to kneel, stoop, bend, push, shove, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
· Ability to follow instruction
· Ability to multi-task
· Obtain state approved food Handlers Card
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform well under pressure
Responsibilities:
· Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use
- Assisting with basic food prep tasks when needed
· Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out trash
· Assist putting delivery orders away
· Setting up dish station, including dishwashing machines and sinks
· Operating and maintaining dishwashing machine, including knowing how to use cleaning agents properly
· May need to help with opening and closing duties
- Ensure that the kitchen area, equipment and utensils are cleaned.
