Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $90,000 – $104,000 annually
Schedule: Flexible schedule discussed during interview process
Mileage Reimbursement: Full reimbursement provided

What You’ll Do
As an RN Field Supervisor, you will lead and oversee clinical operations while ensuring patients receive exceptional care and staff receive the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Supervise and support field nurses and caregivers
- Conduct staff orientation, training, evaluations, and in-service education
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, and Joint Commission standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Educate patients, caregivers, and families
- Monitor documentation, quality assurance, and risk management processes
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Partner with leadership to improve clinical operations and patient outcomes
- Lead CQI/QA initiatives and support agency growth
What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
- Active Pennsylvania RN license in good standing
- BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Home health or agency experience
- Experience with OASIS documentation and ICD-10 coding
- Tracheostomy and ventilator care experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel throughout assigned service areas
Preferred Qualifications
- Case management experience
- Knowledge of Joint Commission standards
- Pediatric and adult care experience (training available)
