We are hiring an F&I Producer to help customers complete the finance and insurance portion of their vehicle purchase in a professional, compliant, and customer-focused way. - Present eligible F&I products to every customer, every time, using a clear and consistent process
- Conduct customer interviews to understand needs, explain available options, and support a smooth delivery experience
- Complete accurate paperwork, funding packages, product disclosures, and compliance documentation
- Process cancellations and respond to post-sale F&I questions as needed
- Help desk deals, structure transactions, and support trade appraisals and vehicle acquisition opportunities when needed
- Assist with closing sales and provide backup support to sales managers during busy periods or coverage gaps
- Coach salespeople on deal flow, customer communication, product awareness, and effective handoffs into F&I
- Maintain daily, monthly, and as-needed reporting, including StoneEagle production reports, internal production reports, daily sales reports, and other dealership reporting needs
Required Skills & Abilities
- Strong customer-facing communication skills and the ability to build confidence throughout the buying process
- Comfortable balancing customer interaction with documentation, compliance, and follow-through
- Able to shift between priorities quickly while maintaining accuracy and professionalism
