Looking for candidates with at least 3 years of line cook and prep experience.
Basic job requirements will be fulfilling dual roles of prepping and cooking on the line, following all recipes to spec, always utilizing timers and scales and upholding food health and safety protocols.
Asian/Japanese restaurant experience and/or fluent in Spanish is a plus.
