Job Summary
1A Soccer is seeking a reliable, organized, and driven Client Services Coordinator who is passionate about soccer and committed to providing an exceptional experience for our players and families. This role oversees client communication, scheduling, and day-to-day administrative operations during our busiest training hours.
This role serves as a primary point of contact for players, families, and coaches, helping ensure a professional, organized, and positive experience for everyone who trains at 1A Soccer. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for managing parent communication, coordinating schedules, supporting program enrollment, and keeping daily operations running smoothly during busy evening and weekend training sessions.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, confident in communicating with families, comfortable with sales conversations, and able to manage multiple priorities at once. This position requires someone who can stay calm under pressure, think independently, and maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced training environment.
The Client Services Coordinator works closely with our Operations & Business Manager but will often manage client communication and front-office responsibilities independently during assigned shifts. Because our facility specializes in private soccer training and works with many competitive youth players and club families, a strong understanding of the soccer environment is highly preferred.
Key Traits for Success
The right person for this role thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of communication for players, families, and coaches.
During busy training hours, you may be answering parent questions, managing scheduling changes, assisting new clients, processing payments, responding to text messages, and supporting coaches—all at the same time. Success in this role requires someone who can stay organized, maintain a positive attitude, and keep things running smoothly when the facility is at its busiest.
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- Strong communication and customer service skills. You enjoy working with families, building relationships, and creating a positive experience for every client.
- Sales confidence. You are comfortable discussing training programs, explaining packages and pricing, answering questions from prospective clients, and helping families find the right training solution for their goals.
- Excellent multitasking ability. You can manage multiple conversations, schedules, and responsibilities simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
- Composure under pressure. You remain calm, professional, and solution-focused when unexpected challenges arise or multiple people need assistance at once.
- Strong organizational skills. You enjoy creating structure, keeping information accurate, and ensuring details do not fall through the cracks.
- Independence and accountability. You can take ownership of responsibilities, solve problems proactively, and operate effectively with minimal supervision during assigned shifts.
Schedule
This position is primarily scheduled during our busiest operating hours and requires consistent availability throughout the week.
Required availability includes:
- Monday through Friday evenings
- Occasional afternoon shifts as needed
- Additional weekend hours may be available based on facility needs and employee availability
Expected hours: approximately 32–40 hours per week.
This position is ideal for someone seeking a consistent schedule and who is available during peak youth soccer training hours.
Because this role serves as a primary point of contact for our clients during peak training hours, reliability and consistent attendance are essential. We are looking for someone who takes pride in being dependable, communicates proactively, and can be counted on to fulfill their scheduled commitments.
