Job Title: Operations Manager - Indoor Trampoline Park
About Us: Our park is the world’s first indoor trampoline park, dedicated to providing an exciting and safe environment for people of all ages. With our commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we have rapidly grown and are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations.

Position Overview: As the Operations Manager, you along with the General Manager, will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the park. Your leadership will ensure that we provide an exceptional and safe experience for our guests while achieving our financial and operational objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Guide and mentor team members, promoting a culture of excellence across operations.
- Financial Management: Assist in developing and managing budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Guest Experience: Uphold a culture of exceptional customer service and safety, ensuring a positive and memorable experience for all guests.
- Staff Development: Help recruit, train, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
- Marketing and Sales: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute regional marketing strategies, drive sales initiatives, and promote special events to increase attendance and revenue.
- Quality Assurance: Support & enforce operational standards, safety protocols, and quality control measures to maintain a high-quality guest experience.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably in the entertainment, hospitality, or leisure industry.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated experience in leading large teams.
- Knowledge of trends in the entertainment and leisure industry.
