Overview Are you a compassionate and experienced caregiver who takes pride in delivering high-quality care? We’re looking for dedicated caregivers to join our team, providing support to residents in an Independent Living Communities through our ShareCare Model.
About the Role:
As a caregiver, you will be representing our agency within a vibrant independent living community. You will assist residents with their individualized care plans while maintaining professionalism, respect, and compassion in every interaction — both with residents and on-site staff.
Duties
- Provide daily care and companionship to residents as outlined in their care plans
- Ensure residents’ safety, comfort, and well-being at all times
- Maintain a professional image and represent our agency with integrity
- Communicate effectively and respectfully with facility staff and fellow caregivers
- Follow and embody the principles of our ShareCare Model after on-the-go training
- Monitor changes in resident conditions and report as needed
- Promote independence while offering the support residents need to thrive
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience is required (preferably in an independent living community or similar setting)
- A genuine passion for helping others and improving lives
- Ability to maintain boundaries and professionalism in all interactions
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Ability to work with multiple residents and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to complete training in our ShareCare Model and implement its principles daily

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
