We're hiring a CT Technologist to join our Imaging Services team. Working with state-of-the-art computerized tomography technology, you'll play a vital role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging that supports exceptional patient care. This position is responsible for producing accurate CT images, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and collaborating with physicians and care teams to support timely diagnosis and treatment. The CT Technologist reports directly to the Supervisor, Radiology.
What you'll do
- Perform CT imaging procedures and produce high-quality diagnostic images while following established protocols and radiation safety standards.
- Monitor patients throughout imaging procedures, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being while communicating any concerns to the care team.
- Prepare patients and equipment for exams, review physician orders, prioritize workflow, and explain procedures to help patients and families feel informed and supported.
- Position patients and imaging equipment accurately to obtain optimal images and support efficient exam completion.
- Document diagnostic information, maintain imaging equipment, and partner with radiologists and physicians to support accurate diagnostic outcomes.
Who you are
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology or Computed Tomography program.
- Registered Technologist in Radiography (ARRT-R) required.
- Registered Technologist in Computed Tomography (ARRT-CT) preferred, or eligible credentials in Nuclear Medicine Technology, Sonography, or Magnetic Resonance Imaging as required by role standards.
- Previous clinical radiology experience preferred.
