Kids Incorporated Learning Centers Phoenix is looking to hire a Center Director at our Phoenix location.
Job Summary
Oversee the daily operation of the center by hiring & retaining a strong, supportive, positive team of Teachers and Assistant Directors. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to following AZDHS childcare licensing rules & regulations, adhering to NAC standards, using Procare, writing DES contracts & managing authorizations/stop dates & billing, CACFP paperwork, managing staff schedules and breaks, payroll, ordering, greeting parents, answering the phone, providing assistance to the teaching staff, giving tours & enrolling new families.
Qualifications:
- Positive & Enthusiastic Attitude
- Caring & Motivating leadership and customer service skills
- Min 1 year child care Director experience at a larger center
- Must possess valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR and First Aid certifications, Food Manager Card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Degree in Early Childhood or closely related field strongly preferred
