Bilingual On-Site Coordinator (English/Spanish)
1st & 2nd Shift | Must Be Flexible
We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and motivated Bilingual On-Site Coordinator to support daily workforce operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position serves as the primary liaison between employees, client leadership, and internal management while ensuring efficient workforce coordination, compliance, and excellent employee support.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees, client leadership, and internal management.
- Coordinate daily workforce operations and staffing needs.
- Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, clock-ins, clock-outs, and break compliance.
- Track attendance, call-offs, no-shows, and other workforce metrics while maintaining accurate records.
- Conduct regular floor walks to ensure employees are following company policies and safety procedures.
- Enforce SQF (Safe Quality Food) compliance by ensuring employees properly utilize required handwashing and sanitation stations.
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and workforce updates.
- Assist with employee coaching, accountability, corrective actions, and performance follow-up.
- Resolve employee concerns professionally while promoting positive working relationships.
- Support onboarding, orientation, and communication with new employees.
- Partner with client management to ensure operational goals and staffing requirements are met.
- Promote a safe, productive, and respectful work environment.
Qualifications
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (Required) – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, staffing, manufacturing, or distribution environment strongly preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience working around forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety practices and OSHA/SQF compliance is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Outlook, and data entry.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Schedule
- 1st and 2nd Shift Available
- Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, or overtime as business needs require.
