As an AT&T Client Associate, you’ll meet with customers face-to-face, introduce AT&T’s fiber and wireless products, answer questions, and help customers find the right solutions for their needs. What You’ll Do as an AT&T Client Associate
- Speak with customers face-to-face to introduce AT&T products and services
- Help customers understand available fiber and wireless options
- Build strong customer relationships through professional, in-person interactions
- Answer questions and provide clear product information throughout the sales process
- Guide customers through account setup, service selections, and enrollment support
- Follow up with customers as needed to maintain a positive experience
- Track customer interactions and sales activity accurately
- Work with the team to meet sales goals and support overall growth
- Represent the company and brand professionally at all times
What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Client Associate
- Strong communication and people skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers in a face-to-face environment
- Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Interest in sales, customer service, or business development
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Organized and dependable with strong follow-up habits
- Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
Pay: $950.00 - $1,200.00 per week
