The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, vendors, and employees. This position is responsible for maintaining a professional front office environment by greeting visitors, answering and directing phone calls, managing office communications, and providing administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
· Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls.
· Take and deliver accurate messages to appropriate personnel.
· Maintain visitor sign-in procedures and issue visitor badges when required.
· Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages.
· Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate shipping services.
· Schedule appointments and meetings as requested.
· Maintain conference room schedules and reservations.
· Perform general clerical duties including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
· Assist with preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
· Maintain accurate records and office files.
· Monitor office supply inventory and notify management when replenishment is needed.
· Provide administrative support to management, Human Resources, Payroll, and other departments as assigned.
· Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
· Comply with all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
· Perform other duties as assigned by management.
QualificationsEducation
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Additional administrative or business coursework preferred.
Experience
- One (1) year of receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred.
- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods.

- Regular attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this position.
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
