As a Financial Advisor, you will:
- Grow your client base by making new connections, maintaining a strong referral network, and providing a great client experience
- Build personalized, holistic financial plans tailored to every client’s unique needs including insurance, investments, wealth management, education planning, retirement planning
- Manage your client’s financial plans to help them achieve their goals long term
- Grow relationships with clients to support them through every stage of life
Desired Skills and Experience:
- BA or BS degree from a four-year institution preferred
- Prior sales and/or business experience preferred and possess a history of personal and professional success.
- Prior financial services experience not needed -- extensive training platform provided.

On average, our first-year advisors are making about $80,000, top 25% is 125-150, top 10% is $200, 250+ in your first year.
