Job Description
We are seeking an Inside Sales Professional to provide exceptional support for our residential and commercial clients. You will manage incoming calls and messages closing hot leads with future clients and CLOSING the deal! Additionally you will be schedule jobs, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is sales driven, organized, professional, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping customers.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers & close the sale over the phone.
- Price quote and close hot inbound leads.
- Manage follow up calls with potential clients.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and service requests.
- Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor.
- Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software is a plus.

Seasonal Work Note: In addition to power washing services, this position may also involve snowplowing during the winter months.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
