Job Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Press Operator. The Pressman will operate and maintain printing presses, ensure color accuracy, alignment, and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance and coordinating repairs when needed. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams.

Position Overview
As a Digital Press Operator, you will play a key role in producing high-quality printed materials while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency throughout the production process. You'll operate and maintain state-of-the-art digital printing equipment, troubleshoot issues, and work closely with fellow team members to meet customer expectations and production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate digital printing equipment to produce high-quality finished products.
- Monitor print quality, color accuracy, registration, and overall production standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and preventive care on equipment to maximize uptime.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate repairs when necessary.
- Review job specifications and ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
- Collaborate with production, customer service, and management teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Assist in identifying process improvements that enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital printing and print production workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality work.
- Mechanical aptitude with solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Experience operating Konica, Canon, or Xerox digital presses utilizing Fiery workflow software preferred.
