American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist for a home health position in Washington, DC with 2 years of experience and Homecare Homebase/OASIS expertise.

Work in home health setting covering assigned zip codes within Washington, DC
-
Typical schedule is 5x8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
-
Patient care delivered in patients' homes throughout the District

Use of Homecare Homebase for documentation and OASIS for assessments is required
-
May be required to float to cover another zip code as needed

Mileage is reimbursed from first to last patient of the day

Current BLS certification required

Maryland physical therapy license required if applicable

Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required

Experience with Homecare Homebase and OASIS is required

Must have a reliable personal vehicle with valid driver’s license and insurance

First-time travelers accepted if experienced with OASIS

Responsibilities include providing comprehensive physical therapy assessments and interventions to homebound patients

Mileage should be tracked and submitted weekly for reimbursement

Personal vehicle use is mandatory for all home visits

Candidates may be asked to float between zip codes as needed based on staffing demands
