Employees must be familiar with kitchen equipment including deep fryers, and griddles. Due to the fast paste environment you will need to have the skills to clear orders on demand. Our most popular menu items are deep fried so you will need to be familiar if not learn how to properly batter seafood and then frying to perfection. Employees must have proper hygiene when working in the kitchen as well as having your food permit/manager's certification.
Future opportunities with the most skilled individual will have the opportunity to manage and opperate our one of our other locations. The chosen candidate with this growing position will be able to grow shares reaching 20% of that locations revenue.
