Job Title: Quality Assurance Lab Technician

SUMMARY
QA Lab Techs evaluate film quality at various stages of manufacturing and are responsible for testing final product for compliance to customer specifications.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible for researching jobs in IQS for production.
· Responsible for testing samples according to the frequency chart for compliance to customer specification.
· Entering data into the IQS system.
· Responsible for all lab requests.
· Communicates with QA Manager for out of spec product.
· Creates COA’s and sends to customer.
· Communicates with Production as needed.
· Generates NCM’s in timely manner and place on roll in the hold area.
· Responsible for updating all NCM’s.
· Responsible for releasing all rolls not on hold when the job is completed.
· Responsible for setting up jobs.
· Responsible for cleaning up after your shift.
· Responsible for completing current days’ work by the end of your shift, no rollover work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 42.0 per week
