What Makes This Opportunity Different?
Build Your Own Practice
This is not a position where you simply fill appointment slots.
Our goal is to help therapists build a thriving and sustainable massage practice within Acupuncture Together.
You will have access to:
- Internal referrals
- Existing patient relationships
- Front desk support
- Marketing support
- Established systems
- A growing patient community
Entrepreneurial Freedom
We support therapists who want to grow professionally and financially.
Therapists are welcome to maintain and grow their own independent massage practice outside of scheduled ATA clinic hours.
Practice Space Access
When available, clinic space may be available for independent appointments outside of ATA operating hours, including:
- The private treatment room
- A community treatment table when appropriate
A modest room-use fee may apply.
We believe that when therapists grow, the clinic grows as well.
Collaborative Care
Work alongside experienced acupuncturists and wellness professionals in an integrated care environment.
Many patients benefit from coordinated care and often seek both acupuncture and massage therapy.
The ATA Growth Journey
Our primary goal is simple:
Help therapists build their own successful and sustainable massage practice.
Priority #1: Build Your One-on-One Massage Practice
Private appointments are available from day one.
Every clinic shift includes dedicated one-on-one massage availability.
Our goal is to help therapists develop a full schedule of repeat patients and create a thriving long-term practice within ATA.
As demand grows:
- More appointment availability may be added
- Additional shifts may be added
- Additional services may be developed
Priority #2: Community Therapeutic Massage
Community Therapeutic Massage is designed to introduce existing ATA patients to massage therapy and accelerate practice growth.
These sessions help create:
- Patient relationships
- Trust
- Visibility
- Repeat bookings
Community massage is not the destination.
It is a bridge to building a thriving private massage practice.
