Eyman is currently looking for an General Laborer to join our team! We are seeking a reliable, physically fit General Laborer to assist with the daily maintenance, upkeep, and physical operations of our office building. The ideal candidate will help keep our workspaces clean, safe, and fully functional, supporting both our administrative and maintenance teams
Responsibilities include:
· Facility Maintenance – basic repairs and preventive maintenance such has replacing light bulbs, touching up paint
· Office Organizations – move equipment and boxes between floor or different departments as requested.
· Cleanup and Upkeep – maintain cleanliness of shared workspaces and exterior grounds
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
· Proven experience in general labor, facilities, or property maintenance is a strong plus.
· Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods, including standing, bending, and kneeling.
· Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
· Familiarity with basic hand and power tools.
· Strong communication skills and the ability to follow detailed, multi-step instructions from supervisors
