As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the face of our hotel, delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences from arrival to departure. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and creating positive guest interactions, we'd love to meet you.
Position Summary
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while efficiently managing front desk operations, including guest check-in and check-out, reservations, billing, and responding to guest requests. This position plays a key role in achieving guest satisfaction and representing the Hilton and Home2 Suites brands.
Essential Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
- Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions.
- Respond promptly to guest requests, concerns, and service recovery opportunities.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, amenities, local attractions, and Hilton Honors benefits.
- Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries in a courteous and timely manner.
- Follow Hilton brand standards and operational procedures.
- Ensure guest information and financial transactions remain secure and confidential.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk environment.
- Assist with achieving hotel goals related to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
Qualifications
- Previous hospitality, customer service, retail, or front desk experience preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Positive attitude and commitment to outstanding guest service.
