Aventura at Shiloh Springs is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our fun, lively, and positive team. If you’re passionate about helping patients improve mobility and independence while working in a supportive, team-oriented environment, this is the opportunity for you.
What You’ll Do:
Evaluate and treat residents in a SNF/LTC setting
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
Help residents improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall function
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care
Document treatments and progress using Net Health and PointClickCare (PCC)
What We’re Looking For:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Ohio
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but not required
New grads welcome and encouraged to apply
Strong clinical and communication skills
Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
