Our company is growing and we want you to be a part of it! Join our dynamic team as a Senior Business Systems Analyst. With five Wisconsin locations and one in Vietnam, Alwin Manufacturing provides quality injection molding, part design, mold building services and product assembly for a variety of industries including appliances, hygiene, industrial and commercial.
We are looking for an individual to be responsible for ownership and support of the company's ERP system, reporting, and data processing across a multi-site manufacturing environment. This position focuses on improving data consistency, centralizing reporting and supporting ERP-driven business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support the company’s ERP system (IQMS / DELMIAWorks) and related applications
- Develop, maintain, and standardize crystal reports, BI Dashboards, and data outputs used across the organization
- Centralize reporting and data processes
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across ERP and related systems
- Support ERP-related initiatives including:
- EDI and system integrations
- ERP restructuring and optimization
- Shop floor systems and labeling processes
- Partner with operations, finance, and leadership to improve data visibility and system utilization
- Support the oracle database environment
- Provide high-level support for ERP, reporting, and critical business systems
- Assist with IT infrastructure and help desk duties as needed
- Contribute to standardization across multiple locations and systems
Required Skills / Abilities
- 5–10+ years of IT experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong experience with ERP systems (IQMS / DELMIAWorks strongly preferred)
- Hands-on experience with:
- Reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Power BI, SQL, or similar)
- ERP data structures and data integrations
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders to define / deliver reporting and system improvements
- Strong ownership mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred
- Experience with EDI integrations
- Exposure to shop floor systems, labeling, and production workflows
- Experience in multi-site manufacturing environments
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
