Now Hiring: LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, and LMSW Clinicians (Maryland)
At Integrative Behavioral Health, LLC, we are hiring immediately for passionate Maryland clinicians who are committed to making a difference in Baltimore City & County schools and communities. We welcome applications from fully licensed clinicians (LCPC and LCSW-C) as well as provisionally licensed clinicians (LGPC and LMSW) seeking quality clinical experience and professional growth.
Free clinical supervision is provided for LGPC only and LMSW must seek licensed clinician to supervise.

You'll Be Doing Things Like:
- Providing individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed interventions
- Completing biopsychosocial assessments and developing meaningful treatment plans
- Incorporating holistic approaches including mindfulness, expressive arts, somatic interventions, and wellness practices
- Supporting clients in crisis and collaborating with schools, families, case managers, and community partners
- Providing culturally responsive care to underserved and historically marginalized populations, including Black and Brown communities throughout Baltimore City & County, and surrounding areas
- Supporting individuals and families, including adults, children and couples,
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation in compliance with COMAR and Medicaid requirements
- Participating in community wellness initiatives, healing circles, sound baths, workshops, and outreach events sponsored by the IBH Team.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field
- Maryland licensure as an LCPC, LCSW-C, LGPC, or LMSW
- For fully licensed clinicians (LCPC/LCSW-C), at least one year of clinical experience preferred
- A passion for serving Black and Brown communities, first responders, justice-involved individuals, trauma-exposed populations, and other underserved groups
- Experience working with diverse populations .
- Interest or experience in holistic, creative, and culturally responsive therapeutic approaches
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural humility, empathy, and professionalism
