Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Line Worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced factory environment. This role is essential for maintaining efficient production processes and ensuring high-quality output. The ideal candidate will have factory experience, mechanical knowledge, and familiarity with assembly line operations. This position offers an opportunity to develop hands-on skills in manufacturing and warehouse operations within a supportive team setting.
Duties
- Assemble products and components on the production line using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge
- Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment to ensure smooth workflow
- Use warehouse experience to manage inventory and ensure parts are available for assembly
- Conduct quality checks throughout the assembly process to meet company standards
- Assist with the setup and changeover of assembly stations as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
- Safely operate forklifts when required for material handling (training provided if necessary)
Experience
- Prior factory or manufacturing facility experience preferred
- Familiarity with assembly line processes and use of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical devices
- Warehouse experience is a plus, especially involving inventory management or material handling
- Mechanical knowledge beneficial for troubleshooting equipment issues
- Experience operating forklifts is advantageous but not mandatory; training can be provided
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment within a manufacturing setting
This role is vital for supporting our production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall success of our manufacturing facility.
Pay: $15.50 per hour
