Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, and ventilation systems.
- Perform routine service and preventative maintenance on mechanical equipment to ensure optimal operation.
- Conduct plumbing work related to HVAC systems such as refrigerant lines or water supply connections.
- Use diagnostic tools like ohmmeters and welding equipment to repair or replace faulty components.
- Operate company vehicles safely while transporting tools and parts to job sites; adhere to all safety protocols.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HVAC service technician with a solid understanding of mechanical systems and electrical schematics.
- knowledge with hands-on experience in installing or repairing HVAC(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning ) systems.
- Mechanical knowledge of plumbing, appliance repair, boiler operation, and property maintenance is essential.
- Valid driver’s license
