Duties
- Perform a variety of massage techniques including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities tailored to individual client needs
- Conduct patient assessments to understand their concerns, medical history, and treatment goals
- Provide education on pain management strategies and post-treatment care to optimize results
- Maintain detailed records of client treatments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with medical terminology and physiology knowledge
- Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment by adhering to occupational health standards and sanitation protocols
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional customer service throughout each session
- Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and continuing education requirements for licensure renewal
Experience
- Valid state licensure as a Massage Therapist with active certification
- Proven experience in patient service, patient assessment, and delivering therapeutic massage treatments
- Familiarity with deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and pain management techniques
- Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
- Prior experience working in a med spa or similar healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients and address their individual needs
- Knowledge of occupational health practices to ensure client safety and comfort during treatments

Pay: $67.50 - $90.00 per hour
