Vita Momenti Italian Kitchen is a chef-driven, scratch kitchen serving authentic Italian cuisine in a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for a dependable, motivated Line/Prep Cook who takes pride in working quickly, efficiently, and producing consistently great food.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare ingredients and complete daily prep.
- Cook menu items to recipe and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Work efficiently during busy dinner service.
- Support the kitchen team wherever needed.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of full-service restaurant line cook experience.
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends.
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality.
