Position Overview:
Responsible for maintaining all areas of the hotel
Ensures the confidentiality and security of all guest rooms and suites.
Be familiar with all hotel services to respond to guest inquiries accurately.
Use correct chemicals and equipment for designated surfaces and tasks, according to OSHA regulations and hotel requirements.
Essential Functions:
Perform preventive maintenance in all guest rooms, public areas and grounds as assigned by Manager
Follow-up and complete work orders
Perform routine maintenance around the hotel, including plumbing, electrical, painting, HVAC, carpet cleaning and pool cleaning/maintenance
Maintain and clean the public areas, and other areas as assigned by Supervisor
Must present a well-groomed appearance
Must perform duties with a sense of urgency
Able to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
