Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide professional nursing care under physician supervision for clinic patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- observes, records, and reports patient's condition and reaction to drugs and treatments to physicians.
- Explains/schedules proposed tests/therapy to patients
- Handles referrals/pre-certs,making sure appropriate paperwork/electronic health record is completed.
- Adheres to all policies and procedures including HIPAA, OSHA, and CLIA regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license from an accredited school of practical nursing
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
