We’re looking for a Fulfillment and Distribution Center Manager in Canal Fulton, OH. If you thrive on orchestrating people, process, and product flow, this role is built for you.

- Oversee receiving, inventory management, picking/packing, and outbound shipping.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop warehouse staff; deliver ongoing training and mentorship.
- Establish and refine SOPs to remove waste, standardize tasks, and improve throughput.
- Own inventory accuracy—conduct audits and cycle counts, investigate variances, and implement fixes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe facility aligned with EHS regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with Customer Service, Purchasing, and Transportation to meet order deadlines.
- Produce and interpret KPI reports; present insights and improvement recommendations.

- Background as a Warehouse Manager or similar operations leader.
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience; proven coaching and mentoring track record.
- Hands-on warehouse and distribution experience.
- Proficiency with WMS and inventory software; comfortable with data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of workplace safety & EHS management; committed to safe operations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in logistics/supply chain or related field preferred.
- Forklift license or certification.
