What You'll Do:
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered therapy interventions
Monitor patient progress, update goals, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in Pennsylvania
Current BLS certification
Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and dedication to patient-centered care
