The Lehigh Learning Academy is seeking a full time counselor/therapist to provide individual and group therapy in a restorative alternative school setting serving 9th through 12th grade students.
Experience Group Leaders must possess:
- Strong clinical skills required to address a wide range of behavioral health issues.
- A Collaborative mindset and team approach.
- A Multi-treatment approach to meet individual student needs.
- Empathy and compassion required to build therapeutic relationships with students
- Leadership Skills
- Ability to hold clients accountable
Starting pay commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
