Join our cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be a part of maintaining pristine, safe, and welcoming environments across various facilities. In this role, you will execute a wide range of cleaning and custodial tasks to ensure high standards of sanitation and cleanliness are consistently met. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to the comfort and safety of everyone who enters our spaces.
We do offer part time and full time.
(full time does require you to go to a different location!)
We operate seven days a week, so you could be scheduled anytime from Monday to Sunday!
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common areas.
- Handle chemical agents safely, following all chemical handling safety procedures to ensure proper sanitation without hazards.
- Conduct heavy lifting tasks safely, including moving furniture, supplies, or equipment in accordance with safe lifting practices.
- Maintain facilities by executing custodial duties such as trash removal, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing high-touch areas.
- Operate various cleaning tools and machinery efficiently, including floor buffers, vacuums, and industrial cleaning equipment.
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries.
Qualifications
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of chemical agent handling safety procedures.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks involving heavy lifting while adhering to safe lifting practices.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to sanitation and cleanliness standards.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors when necessary.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments while maintaining safety protocols.
Pay: $10.75 - $12.00 per hour
