Location: Bluefield, WV 24701
Pay Rate: $17.00/hr
Duties
- Assist with site preparation, including clearing and organizing work areas for upcoming tasks
- Perform heavy lifting and manual labor to support trades workers on site
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively for tasks such as cutting, drilling, digging
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols at all times
- Collaborate effectively with team members to accomplish tasks in a timely manner
- Other duties as required
Requirements
- Prior experience working on construction sites or in related trades is preferred
- Basic knowledge and familiarity with construction tools
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including repeated heavy lifting and prolonged standing, crouching, digging
- Reliable transportation, consent to drug and background screening
- Willingness to learn new skills
