Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Relations: Greet guests warmly and assist them with purchases in an engaging, dynamic, and professional manner.
- Point of Sale (POS) Operations: Accurately operate the cash register, process cash and electronic payments, and provide prompt, accurate change.
- Product Presentation: Package donuts with precision, ensuring adherence to quality control and visual presentation standards.
- Sanitation & Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including display cases, counters, flooring, and guest service zones.
- Food Safety Compliance: Diligently follow all food safety protocols, health department regulations, and proper hygiene practices during handling and preparation.
- Inventory & Merchandising: Monitor and restock display cases, inventory, and packaging supplies to ensure the station remains fully stocked and visually appealing.
Qualifications
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills with an energetic, positive, and customer-centric attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently while maintaining high productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- Work Ethic: Highly motivated with a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding performance expectations.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with food handling safety standards and regulations (ServSafe or food handler’s certification is a plus, but not required).

Pay: $7.25 - $9.25 per hour
