RN / LPN supervisor -

You’ll be great as our RN / LPN supervisor because you have:
*A current Missouri state nursing license.
A current Missouri state nursing license
Previous supervisory or long-term care experience preferred
Great leadership and communication skills
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills
Compassionate and resident-centered care practices
Experience coordinating and supporting nursing staff
Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations
Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude
The ability to respond calmly and effectively in urgent situations
Excellent organizational and documentation skills
RN / LPN Supervisor - Duties & Responsibilities:
Coordinate & Supervise shifts.
Manage staff to ensure resident care.
Ensure the smooth running of the building.
Address any needs or concerns.
Coordinate shift huddle support.
