Newbern Management is hiring an Entry Level Associate in Grand Prairie and nearby cities. We’re looking for someone who is personable, motivated, and comfortable having conversations with customers about wireless and connectivity solutions. This is a customer-facing opportunity for an Entry Level Associate who wants to strengthen their communication, sales, and relationship-building skills in a professional environment.
Core Responsibilities of an Entry Level Associate
- Introduce Frontier wireless and connectivity solutions while highlighting the value and benefits of available wireless services and sales opportunities.
- Engage with prospective customers, ask thoughtful questions, and identify wireless solutions that fit their needs while supporting the sales process.
- Explain wireless products, service features, promotions, and available options in a clear and approachable manner while developing sales skills.
- Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information to help customers make informed decisions about wireless services and sales options.
- Support customers through enrollment, account setup, and other wireless service-related processes while assisting with sales.
- Maintain professional customer interactions, organized records, and accurate customer information while supporting wireless sales activities.
- Work closely with team members to meet daily sales objectives and contribute to overall team performance as an Entry Level Associate.
What We’re Looking For in an Entry Level Associate
- High school diploma or GED preferred for an Entry Level Associate.
- Strong communication and people skills with an interest in wireless sales.
- Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach and willingness to support sales.
- Comfortable learning and discussing wireless products and services.
- Reliable, organized, and able to follow established procedures in a wireless sales environment.
- Sales, wireless, retail, or customer service experience is a plus but not required for an Entry Level Associate.
