We are seeking a candidate for a Customer Service Representative at our Salt Lake City branch. Our office is very friendly and we strive to provide an enjoyable work atmosphere. If you are a self-starter who can communicate effectively and accurately, you will be a great addition to our team!
Responsibility & Duties:
- Processing daily data entry
- Process and assist in creating orders
- Manage calls on multiple phone lines
- Communicate with retail dealers, home builders, property management companies and state agencies
- Interact directly with warehouse and delivery personnel along with live customers
- Assist sales personnel with various tasks
- Performing other duties as assigned
- Practice punctual and reliable attendance
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) minimum
- Professional attitude, both in the office and over the phone
- Must have strong communication and organizational skills
- Quick learner
- Ability to accurately input sales data
- Strong computer skills is a must; Outlook, Excel
- Be able to organize price sheets and a variety of different kinds of reference information
- Must be able to prioritize tasks
- Must have dependable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in some type of sales environment
- Experience taking and creating orders over the phone
- Helpful and cheerful attitude
What you will need to learn:
· Benefits and features of major appliances
· Become familiar with the major appliance industry
· Organizing and planning delivery schedules
Hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday
This is full time, No evenings or weekends required.
Compensation:
Compensation DOE, plus benefit dollars available after a 90 day probationary period. We offer several benefits including a 401(k) plan with employer matching contributions and profit-sharing, medical (100% paid for employee for lowest cost plan) & dental insurance, FSA plan, company paid life insurance, paid vacation and holidays. First year employees receive 2 weeks of PTO, which increases each year for the 1-4 years of service, up to 4 weeks PTO.
