Job Summary
We're a busy kids trampoline park that depends on safe, clean and well maintained equipment every single day. We're looking for a reliable Maintenance Technician who takes pride in fixing things the right way and keeping the park running smoothly.
The General Worker/ Maintenance Technician is responsible for upkeep, repair, and safety of the facility. This includes electrical, plumbing, carpentry, basic mechanical repairs, and general maintenance throughout the park.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily inspections of equipment, attractions, and facility areas
- Complete routine repairs involving electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair trampolines, nets, padding, and park structure
- Maintain clean, safe work areas and follow all safety guidelines
- Respond quickly to maintenance requests form staff and management
- Track supplies, report any major repairs needed, and assist in ordering parts
- Support occasional building improvement projects and installations
- Work independently and follow established procedures
Qualifications
- Prior maintenance, handyman, or facility technician experience
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and basic mechanical systems
- Ability to use standard hand and power tools safely
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English and/or Spanish for effective coordination with team members and clients
- Valid driver’s license is a plus for mobility between sites
- Experience in a recreation, entertainment, or similar environment is a plus (but not required)
Schedule & Pay
- Monday-Friday, Weekends if needed
- $20 per hour
