Pay Rate: $80.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Length: 13 weeks
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Occupational Therapist to evaluate and treat patients of all ages. The Occupational Therapist will provide high-quality therapy services, serve as a role model in the delivery of professional care, and act as a clinical resource for staff and students.

Evaluate patients of all ages to determine occupational therapy needs.

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Provide occupational therapy services in accordance with professional standards and facility protocols.

Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.

Current Illinois Occupational Therapist license.

Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
